Happy hour with free wine and snacks is a nice touch. The room was smaller than expected, but it served its purpose for a short stay.

The hotel offers a fantastic location, perfectly situated within walking distance to the ballpark. The room was clean, spacious, and the bed was comfortable, outfitted with quality sheets. Great breakfast options downstairs. Professional and friendly staff made check-in a breeze. I encountered issues with noise from outside and insufficient hot water. a concerning incident occurred with an unwanted individual in the elevator, which staff handled promptly. I appreciate their quick response, but such security lapses need attention. Lastly, the late checkout pricing felt misleading. Clarity on fees would enhance transparency. Nice place; it simply requires a bit more attention to detail and guest safety.

The happy hour with free wine and snacks is a great perk after a long day. The room was small, and the hot water wasn’t reliable.

The quirky hallways reminded me of Europe, adding a delightful touch to my stay. The staff was incredibly warm, and I loved being greeted by name! The in-house restaurant served the most amazing salmon I've ever had!
Couldn't recommend more! ❤️😍

You can stroll to the Theater District and parks in minutes. The lobby is modern and there are unlimited snacks in the lounge.
Breakfast menu needs more options.

I had an awesome time exploring downtown Houston, as the hotel is just a short stroll away from fantastic spots like the Toyota Center, the Downtown Aquarium almost 1 km away, and a wide array of restaurants like Table 7 Bistro just steps away, making it easy to discover new places while savoring the local vibe; I also found the gym equipment handy for my workouts, but the pillows could be better for a more comfortable night's sleep.

The whole place felt dirty, with mold in the showers and the elevators barely working. The only one running often had people crammed in, making us late to events. Just a total disaster!

The hotel had a great communal area for hanging out with good coffee. Staff was super friendly and the suite gave us room to chill with friends after the game.
It wasn't exactly budget-friendly, but still worth it.

The spacious rooms at Club Quarters offer luxurious beds and superb shower facilities. I appreciated the attentive staff and the hotel's cleanliness. The work-friendly WiFi alongside complimentary water and coffee made my stay truly enjoyable. A fantastic location for exploring downtown!

The room was surprisingly big, and we loved not bumping into each other. The bathroom was modern and spotless, a definite plus. Upgrading to a room with a couch was a great decision; it was super cozy. We were at the end of the hall, so it was quiet, and we had a good night's sleep. The bistro had amazing food and delicious coffee – highly recommend it!
The staff lacked warmth and didn't greet us properly during valet parking – not a pleasant experience. The room had a worn-out couch with uncomfortable cushions, making it a bit awkward to sit.

Quiet downtown location and friendly staff made for a pleasant stay. The room had an incredible three-sided view and a comfy bed, perfect for a night after the concert. I appreciated the classic feel of the hotel and the option for free water bottles. amenities fell short; coffee supplies were scarce, and the remote and room cleanliness needed attention. The parking situation was convenient, although valet could take time. Luggage carts were MIA at checkout, making it a bit frustrating. the ambiance and proximity to attractions still made it a worthwhile choice.

Fantastic hotel, fantastic location with a large, clean room that featured a fridge and coffee machine for convenience.
Can’t fault anything about it.

The Table 7 Bistro served pretentious American cuisine in a fancy setting. The Boots bar was the go-to spot for overpriced drinks. The Shops at Houston Center offered a mediocre selection of shops and restaurants.
Oh, the joy of finding dirty spoons in the room! .

The room was spacious with a comfortable bed and well-placed temperature control. The shower had good water pressure, though the shower head was broken, causing water to spray onto the bathroom floor. Nice toiletries added a touch of luxury. Unfortunately, there were not enough blankets and pillows for the sofa bed, which was a downside. The air conditioning worked efficiently, keeping the room cool. the bathroom water had a rusty tint, which was off-putting. The decor felt a bit outdated, but it didn’t detract much from the overall comfort.

We hit up the Club Living Rooms and The Moonshiners, just a short walk away. Non-stop vibes, making memories with my crew! Super chill and great for squad hangs.
More vibrant nightlife options for the young crowd would be epic! .

The building had a cool historical vibe, with a pretty lobby and convenient amenities. The location was spot, on, close to public transport. The bed and pillows were super comfy, and the shower had great water pressure , a real treat after a long day of work.
The rooms felt a bit dated, with worn, out carpets and outdated lighting. Some things like a dresser, fridge, and microwave were missing.

the room was very clean and comfy, and the location was so convenient for getting around downtown. it's only a 10-minute walk to the airport. the staff was exceptional, and they even offer a free courtesy car within downtown after 5pm.
Would recommend.

The spacious room and living area exceeded my expectations. The full-sized fridge and kitchen area were a pleasant surprise. However, the bathroom could have been larger and more conveniently equipped. The Valet service was a bit frustrating, but the room price to value was satisfactory. Overall I'll recommend this hotel.

On the plus side, I really appreciated the spacious and clean room. The bed was comfy with nice sheets, and I liked the large lounge area where you could grab complimentary coffee, espresso, or cappuccino , a nice touch! Unfortunately. The first room I was assigned had some issues , the toilet lid wouldn't stay open, the sink didn't drain properly, and the heating system was on the fritz, blowing out cold air at 85 degrees. They did move me to another room, but the heating issue persisted, making for a pretty chilly stay. the staff was friendly and professional, and I also liked the idea of being able to leave my bag at the hotel after check, out. the maintenance issues definitely put a damper on the experience. It would have been great to have a more affordable breakfast option available as well. All in all, I'd rate my stay at Club Quarters a 6 out of 10.

Super convenient location in the heart of downtown. Comfortable beds and water bottles available in the hallway. Cool, modern design and a great fitness room.
Felt very much at home, nothing to complain about.

The Moonshiners Southern Table & Bar, just a short stroll away, offers delicious comfort food. It's a great spot to relax and unwind, creating unforgettable family memories.
For dads, it would be great to have more kid-friendly menu options.

We had a pleasant stay at Club Quarters Hotel. the location was convenient and easily accessible by foot and metro trolleys. the hotel had a nice bar/restaurant with limited outdoor seating. the room was clean, quiet, and comfortable, and the WiFi was reliable. the valet service was efficient, and the mobile self-check-in process was smooth.
Don’t have any issues at all 😊

Our stay at this downtown hotel was exceptional. The location was perfect for exploring Houston, with easy access to the city's Theatre District and other attractions. The facilities were top-notch, including free Wi-Fi, a well-stocked bar/lounge area, and a fantastic on-site restaurant. The welcome drink was a lovely touch, and the fitness center and laundry facilities were convenient amenities. The room was spacious and comfortable, complete with a kitchenette and microwave. We also appreciated the 24-hour reception and luggage storage services.
The front desk staff, who seemed a bit cold and unenthusiastic. However, they were still helpful and efficient in assisting us.
